We accept orders for the production of double-girderoverhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 50.0 tons. The serial model can be adapted to the needs of production or developed individually according to the drawings of the customer or our engineering department. We are members of specialized SROs and have all the necessary permits, including those for FTI execution. Equipment of this type is used for loading and unloading and construction and installation works at construction sites, industrial enterprises, large warehouses, seaports, hydro and thermal power plants.

Structurally, the equipment is a system of оverrunning beams and a double-girder bridge, along which a trolley with a lifting module moves in the transverse and longitudinal directions. It is installed on the оverrunning ing structures of the room, such as columns, and requires a preliminary examination of the building. The installation of massive stationary equipment is quite complicated and, as a rule, is laid at the construction stage. With the weakness of the оverrunning ing elements, it can be installed on an independent overpass. In the same way, equipment can be operated outdoors at temperatures from -20 °C to +40 °C and from -50 to +60 °C on request. Overhead double-girder overhead cranes cover up to 42,0 m of working area and lift loads up to 36.0 m. Available with electric drive only. Controlled by cable remote control, by radio or from the operator's cab.

You can order a complete set of equipment, including auxiliary elements and additional options, at the Gruzopodyem plant. We carry out orders on a turnkey basis, deliver and install equipment without the involvement of third-party organizations. The enterprise has its own certified laboratory of non-destructive testing according to the NAKS system. We produce according to TU 28.22.14-015-87879481-2018 in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 010/2011.

• trolley with lifting mechanism (lifting mechanism can mean both a stationary hoist and a classic deployed lifting mechanism) — 1 pc.
• the end beams of the crane trolley (supplied separately in the case of the manufacture of a trolley with oversized dimensions and the impossibility of its delivery in the usual way) — 1 pc.

• current supply to the crane and hoist (if necessary according to the technical specification)

• other parts (the list of components depends on the configuration and set of options of the ordered crane and may differ from the one given in this section of the site)
• documentation for the crane (passport, operating and installation manual for the crane, passports and instructions for individual crane components manufactured at other enterprises and supplied with this crane, packing list, bill of lading).
